How long does a henna tattoo last?

Usually between 5 to 10 days, depending on skin type, aftercare, and tattoo placement.

2. Is henna safe for all skin types?

Yes, we use Jagua, a non-toxic black ink made from a natural fruit extract, free from harmful chemicals.

3. What color is henna?

The henna we use leaves a dark stain that looks nearly black, just like a real tattoo.

5. How much does a henna tattoo cost?

Prices vary according to size and motif. We have options starting at $15. Don’t hesitate to ask.

– Most of our henna tattoos are $25 for the first design and $20 for each additional design. Some exceptions apply for larger or more detailed tattoos, which may have different prices.

– Most of our henna tattoos are $45 for two. Some exceptions apply for larger or more detailed tattoos, which may have different prices.

6. How does it work?

Once Jagua henna has been applied, it should dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once completely dry, it will look like a dark layer or crust on your skin. You can remove it carefully, the pattern won’t be visible right away. The color will gradually appear, reaching its final hue after 24 hours.

7. What should I do if the henna does not appear correctly after 24 hours?

If the pattern doesn’t appear as expected, simply return to our store and we’ll reapply it free of charge, no questions asked.

8. Does henna tattooing hurt?

Not at all. Henna is totally painless. It’s like painting your skin.

9. How can I make my henna tattoo last longer?

Avoid water for the first 4-6 hours. Don’t rub the area and apply a little natural oil (like coconut or olive oil) every day to help it last.

10. Can I choose my own pattern or do you have a catalog?

We have a large catalog of designs, but you can also bring in your own idea, or we can customize one for you.

11. Can children get henna tattoos?

Yes, as long as they can sit still during the tattoo.

12. How long does it take to do a henna tattoo?

It depends: small patterns take about 2 to 8 minutes, while larger or more detailed ones may take longer.

13. Can I wet my henna tattoo after I’ve done it?

Avoid getting it wet for at least 6 hours. Ideally, leave overnight before rinsing.

14. Can henna stain clothes?

As long as the paste is fresh, yes, it can stain light-colored fabrics. We advise you to cover the area if you need to get dressed immediately afterwards.

15. Can henna be applied to scars or eczema?

It depends.
